• Confirmation: Your appointment isn’t confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.

• Availability: Check both home and office visits—your second-choice location might be available sooner. 
  
• Home Visits: Available within a 15-mile drive from our Pasadena office (check your home's distance here.)
  
  
• Cancellation policy: A $50 cancellation fee applies for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
